We've spent years taking care of our families and often put our needs second OR last😉 because it was the season we were in and it is/was a special season. It's what we do and honestly, we are blessed for it.

As we move into this menopause transition (which can be a decade plus for many) the lack of self care really starts to show up. Self care is NOT selfish and IS absolutely necessary if we want to thrive and be the best and healthiest for ourselves, family and loved ones. Now that we're in this next phase of life we may see that what we've done in the past is no longer working for us and it's time to PAUSE, shift, and learn new habits that support us where we are now. Now is the time to take care of you!


By using specific lab testing and the Funcitonal Diagnostic Nutrition (FDN) principles of Diet, Rest, appropriate Exercise, Stress Reduction, and appropriate Supplementation, we can support the foundations of what creates health and balance in the body for optimal health and hormone function.
